Really, they are like two peas in a pod. Always together, always laughing. It makes it so easy to be comfortable.

Either way… I don’t know if life would have started to feel ‘normal’ without him. He’s great with Provence… he understands her far better than I ever could.

Sometimes I wonder… would he be angry if he found out about Ume? Or would he be happy that I’m with someone he cared about too…?

On the other hand… her brains come from her dad. Her bright pink hair too.

…and Provence? She amazes me every day. Although, she’s turning into quite the Spitfire. I have the sinking feeling that she gets that from me.

It’s comical how easy it is to fall back into the montany of life. At first ot seemed impossible. How could I ever live in a world without him? But the days pass and each day I feel a little lighter…

So, this is going to be totally weird, but my favorite thing about summer is getting ready for the next school year! I have an advantage since I am the only K-5 Gifted and Talented teacher in my school that I always know who is going to be in my classroom (I have them from when they qualify until they go to middle school!). I do a lot of personalization for them so I love making their curriculum, tags, binders, etc. I miss them so much during the summer so it feels nice to get things ready for them.
