Sirius: I’m sorry we had to cut your visit short.

Provence: It’s okay… I understand. We have to be here for mom.

Sirius: How are you doing?

Provence: I don’t know…? I’ve never got to meet grandma. It feels kind of weird. Like I know I’m supposed to be sad… but how do you cry over some you’ve never met? I just feel guilty.

Sirius: That’s a valid way to feel too.

Provence: I am a little sad I never got to meet her… How many more people are going to die before I get to meet them? I think… that’s what hurts the most. I never even get a chance to know them.

Sirius: [quiet] I’m sorry Provence.

Provence: What are you sorry for?

Sirius: You shouldn’t have to feel the way you do.

Provence: At least I have you and mom. You should go check on her. She’s very emotional.

Sirius: [soft chuckle] Goodnight.

Provence: Goodnight!

Lobelia: As fun as it would be to see the look on your face when everything finally clicks together, I think I’ll let you figure it out the hard way. Just know this, my dear son, you can’t run from this all forever. Your past will be coming back to haunt you much sooner than you think.

Sirius: I’ve had enough. We’re done here.

Lobelia: [smiles] You know, if my mother had died, I would want someone I loved close by. I can’t help but wonder if you’re here, then who’s comforting Altair?

Sirius: Wait, Moonflower is–

Lobelia: I’d hurry home if I were you.

Lobelia: [laughs] You really don’t know, do you? Tell me, Sirius, what exactly did you do to make Moonflower finally snap?

Sirius: I have no idea what you’re talking about.

Lobelia: Hmm, interesting.

Sirius: Quit the games already! Whatever it is your here for, I don’t want any part of. I’m done with that life.

Sirius: You have no idea what you’re talking about. I’m not playing at anything. I don’t–

Lobelia: Oh please. Shut up already. Do you have any idea the storm you’ve brought down on us all?

Provence: …what is she talking about Sirius?

Sirius: Don’t listen to her Provence, she just wants everyone else to be as miserable as she is.

Lobelia: Is that Glade’s girl? Such a pretty little thing she turned out to be. [smirks] It’s too bad, what happened to her father.

Sirius: Don’t you even think about talking to her.

Lobelia: Oh please. This whole “family man” act you have been putting on lately is pathetic. Do you really think you can protect them? This will rot in your hands just like everything else you touch.

Sirius: What the hell are you doing here?

Lobelia: Is that any way to greet your mother?

Sirius: You lost the right to call yourself to call yourself that over twenty years ago. Whatever it is your here for, I’m not interested.

Lobelia: Are we not even going to make an attempt to talk? It’s been years. Maybe I just wanted to see my son. Such a pity to find that you’re still holding on to such silly grudges.

Sirius: Silly grudges? You literally…[scoffs] Why am I even bothering?

Meanwhile…

Provence: [laughing] You have to be the worst Don’t Wake the Llama player I have ever met.

Sirius: I wouldn’t say I’m the worst player.

Provence: [snorts] It was literally like watching Godzilla terrorize San Maraschino. You’re walking force of destruction.
