Gaaah! Thank you Aury!! I have talked SO MUCH about my BPR sims recently, I think I’m going to do some for my other story that I am really bad about posting for.  Here we go!

Gidget Winchester & Andromeda 

#1 – Gidget Winchester is technically a human, but is from a time of stronger magic, far before “The Fall.” That makes her the oldest character in “The Ghosts of Flora Wren.” 

#2 – While she was young she broke the heart of a warlock who cursed to her to roam the earth, forever alone. She cannot die but anyone that dares get close to her will. 

#3 – Enter Andromeda. He is a synthetic human created by Gidget to combat the centuries of loneliness. 

#4 – Even with Andromeda, she is constantly reminded of how empty her world is. She tries her hardest to tweak his programming to make him as a human as possible and give him free will, but she is constantly reminded of that limitations.

#5 – Her programming has been enough to make it to where Andromeda aware of Gidget’s dissatisfaction with his limitations. He wants nothing more to make her happy but knows that he will never be enough.

Ahh! Thank you Ais!!  💖 Alright, 5 facts about a different sim. I think….let’s go with Rune, worlds cuddliest vampire. His face is all over my blog and has become my CC model. Might as well tell you all thing or two about him! 😉

Rune Lorcan

1 – Is one of the younger characters in “The Ghosts of Flora Wren”. In a world full of ancients he is the tender age of… 72  when the story starts. For vampires that is basically a tot. The characters that are younger than Rune are the bar running duo Blaze & Prose (both in their late 30s) and Flora Wren herself who is just 19.

2 – He absolutely will not drink from the living. Good thing for him Blaze makes the best Plasma Jane in town. He’s at The Broadmire almost every night to get one.

3 – Rune was turned by the current Grand Master Vampire Eilif Puck. However, they rejected him for being “too soft.” He was taken in by Aquila who taught him how to live without feeding on humans.

4 – Sentimental? Absolutely. He loves things from the old world before “The Fall”. His favorite object? An old music box that plays “Edelweiss”.

5 – Winter is Rune’s favorite time of year, most of all when there is a thick snowfall during a full moon. Why? The moonlight reflecting off of the snow is the closest he has come to sunlight since he was turned. 

I’m going to give a quick shoutout because a lot of the sims mentioned here were not made by me. Eilif was made by Mary, Blaze by Caitlin, and Aquila by Jess! Thank you for all the lovely sims! Thanks again for the ask, Ais! 🙂

OC Fact: Cassia and the twins’ names all mean Cinnamon!

Ooo, name facts! Okay, let’s talk Pantomime Raven. Because you know what, he may be an asshole, but ugh, I love him so much. 

Pantomime is a type of wordless theatrical performance. In Roman times it was dramatic and emotional, but in modern days it’s much more slapstick type comedy. During The Fall™ where the vampire gained control of Millhaven he was a mercenary known as the Silent Reaper. He rarely kills outright, preferring to take out his targets by slowly manipulating their thoughts and having them do it themselves. So get it, he “performs” wordlessly. 

His last name, Raven, is a Poe reference. Obviously, “The Raven,” but really this particular, “Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.” 

A lot of this comes over into how I designed his appearance as well. The skeleton painting on his face and hat are an homage to the performance art he was named after.

The Broadmire

This lot is a 30×20 lot built in Windenburg. Of course in “The Ghost of Flora Wren” it is “Millhaven.” In my story, it will be the hub for supernaturals, especially the vampires. I just wish you didn’t have to have a tv.
