Foxglove: Okay, I think I’ve got it.
Altair: I’m going to have you play the C Major scale. Just start with the C note, that’s this one right here and play finger by finger.
Foxglove: Like this?
Altair: Pretty simple right? Let’s try having you start with D and then working your way back down to C again.
Foxglove: Do you mind if I watch you? I’ve never heard anyone play like you before.
Altair: I guess if you don’t have anything better to do.

Altair: It’s kind of hard to concentrate with someone staring you down.
Foxglove: Oh! Sorry… I’m really bad about that. My people skills aren’t exactly the best.

Tech Guy: It sounds worse than it is. It’s not hard to fix, but it’s going to take me a few hours to clean it up.

That was until I met him. He was the best… and the worst thing that ever happened to me.
None of that matters to me though. When I finish all of the duties father has left for me, I can paint. I imagine what it would be like to be in far of places, like the beaches of Peanut Brittle Bay or the desert landscapes of Oatmeal Springs. I slay dragons, tame wolves, and even… have some friends.
Honestly… painting is the only things that kept me going for a long time…
Not to mention my homeschool curriculum would put even Simford to shame…
