Little Bluebell 

Hello everyone! I have a VERY blue build for you all today. This is a home meant for a single sim. I call this a “berry sweet” build because like I said, it is very blue. I imagine a blue berry sim would live here! 

This lot:

Newcrust High School! Home of the Honey Bears! RAWR!

Hello, lovely simmers! One thing I wish we had more of in the Berry Sim community was lots. My BPR Gen 2 spends quite some time inside of a High School setting and so I wanted to have one. Sometimes I will download a lot off of the gallery and just kind of throw some berry colored items in. But let’s face it. That takes a long time and EVERY berry simmer has this problem. SO I present to you the first berry community lot. NEWCRUST HIGH! You may also recognize some of the sims I used to playtest!

This lot: 

  • Is on a 50 x 40 lot.
  • Has an auditorium, chemistry lab, art room, music room, cafeteria, administration office, nurses office, library, basketball court, and a couple of generic classrooms!
  • Uses the packs: Get to Work, Get Together, Seasons, Jungle Adventures, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Parenthood, Movie Hangout, Kids Room, and Dine Out.

Ranch-Style Seasons Home

This took me waaay too long to build. I don’t know why? I was little indecisive. It has mostly warm tones. I wanted something kind of rustic and homey feeling.I also didn’t decorate it too much. I wanted it to be more something you could personalize for your sims! So I don’t know why, it IS CC free, but for some reason, it is saying the parenthood counters are a recolor? They are not! They are the counters that come with the pack.  ¯_(ツ)_/¯ 

This lot: 

  • is 30 x 30
  • CC Free
  • Has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an office, and laundry room
  • Uses Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Parenthood, Backyard Stuff, Laundry Day, Dine Out, Get to Work, Get Together, My First Pet Stuff, Jungle Adventures, and Perfect Patio. So basically everything.
